Vacancy: Experienced LEV Technician

Due to our on-going success and development we are now looking for an experienced individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be required to undertake LEV Thorough Examination & Testing to a high standard including compilation of the required report and suggesting possible solutions to problems discovered. Furthermore the candidate must be confident in troubleshooting, service, and carrying out maintenance of complex systems.

As a competent LEV professional you will also be expected to offer sound and competent advice to other employees. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a high level of computer literacy. The role will also involve identifying new service and sales opportunities.

The role is based in central Scotland, but with work occasionally further afield. Applicants must demonstrate a proven track record in field service activities. A solid and natural aptitude for engineering processes is essential.

Preferably P601 certified, knowledge and experience in the field of dust and fume extraction and LEV performance testing would be advantageous.

• Commissioning, Balancing & Thorough Examination of LEV Systems
• Maintenance and repair of LEV systems
• Basic LEV design
• Occupational hygiene basics
• SEPA emissions
• Filter options for dust collectors
• Troubleshooting and fault finding
• Competent in Microsoft office
• HSE Legislation
• Customer communication training

A full clean driving license is required for this position. Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.00am to 1.00pm Job Type: Full-time, 39 hours per week Salary: £14.00-£16.00 per hour. Review of bonus structure after full completion, pension and laptop.
