Filter Bags
EFS can provide all needlefelt filter bags for all the industrial markets in all types of medias. Our expertise in coated materials and knowledge of membrane surface filtration provides you with the solutions to keep equipment running efficiently. Needlefelts are constructed for optimum abrasion resistance, they are made from selected synthetic fibres. The fibres are arranged in a homogeneous web prior to needling.

Various finishing processes are designed to give the required dimensional stability, strength, permeability, porosity and surface finish.

Filter Cartridges
EFS offers a wide range of Industrial & Environmental Cartridge Filters. Generally, dust cartridge filters are custom made with varying dimensions, plateable filter media, total filtration area and design. Types ranging from silo-top collectors, horizontally mounted cartridge collectors, pleated bag collectors, vertically mounted cartridge collectors, flat cell filter collectors.

Our customised cartridges can accommodate OEM Designs. EFS cartridges provide large media area available for efficient filtration and intermittent cleaning while maintaining a hermetic seal to sustain a healthy differential pressure across the filter media.

Multi Pocket Filter Bags
Our high-quality, industry-leading Multi pocket Filter Bags are used by its clients in the collection of particulate matter from airstreams. Our multi pocket filter bags are designed to increase surface area and maximise production capacity.

Filter Sleeves, Socks and Bags
We are able to supply filter sleeves and bags for any type of dust plant to be found within Europe. Filter sleeves can be produced from either woven fabrics or needle punched fabrics dependent on the particular application and cleaning style of the filter. (Shaker, reverse air or reverse pulse jet)

EFS has experience supplying filter bags into food, pharmaceutical, metal refining, electro-plating, minerals, cement, asphalt, aggregate, chemicals, plastic, pulp and paper industries.

Dust Filter bags are commonly made from needle felt materials. EFS supplies a wide range of these materials including but not limited to Polyester, Polyproplyene, PPS, Homopolymeracrylic and P84. Please contact us for a list of special finishes.

Envelope Filter Bags
EFS high-performance envelope filter bags have been specifically designed to be used in applications where space is at a premium and low volumes of dust have to be filtered or retained.

Our envelope filter bags are designed to optimise air flow through the filtration area to maximise process output. The rectangular design is effective in dislodging dust to ensure complete cleaning and increase bag lifespan. The open end can be finished with either a felt sealing ring or a sponge rubber cord in the hem to suit your machine.

Cages and Inserts

Filter Cages
EFS can supply many cage configurations for circular, oval, flat, square, diamond and star-shaped can be designed and manufactured in a variety of metals including a range of grades of mild steel and stainless steel as well as other specialist alloys for use in the harshest and most demanding filtration environments.

All sizes and designs can be made to customer order. We are familiar with the most common Filter Cages that are used in Europe today.
Flat Envelope and Multi Pocket Inserts
EFS supply flat envelope inserts and multi-pocket filter inserts for bespoke and OEM systems.

The key design features of the flat dalamatic cage include:

• W-Section profile for the insert frame allowing ease of bag insertion and high strength
• Slide together assembly to minimise weld and potential snagging, thereby maximising the wear-life of the filter bag
• EPC which is electrophoretic coating and will withstand up to 200°C with excellent corrosion resistance against acid/alkaline environments
