Airflow Indicators for LEV Systems are designed to be used to ensure that the air flow rate in the system is maintained so employees are protected at all times.

By installing our electronic LEV flow indicators across all main dust collection systems thorough out the site, we can achieve many additional benefits.

Gauges

Magnehelic Gauge

Magnehelic gauges are low pressure differential devices to measure very low pressures between two pressure sources. It works using a capsule bellows element and are suitable for use on clean dry gases. The twin entry onto the unit, high and low or up and down stream will allow the unit to measure the difference between both sources. They can also be used to measure positive, compound or negative pressure.

Our 100mm diameter differential gauge has the following specification

• Low cost, designed to fit industry standard holes
• Aluminium die cast body
• Surface or panel mounting
• Removable bezel to allow dial customisation – red / green / logo
• Rear or side connections to suit 3/16” i.d. tubing or 1/8” NPT
• Front zero adjustment
• Supplied with all fixings etc.

Guages are available in the following Water Gauge and PA ranges

• 0 to 250mm
• 0 to 1 Kpa & 0-4 Inches (Dual Scale)
• 0 to 2 Kpa & 0-8 Inches (Dual Scale)
